Baby H - Week 12!

How far along: 
12 weeks as of 03/27/2015

How big is baby:

Plum/Tangerine! 2.1" and 0.49oz! Baby H is entering the growth and maturation stage where his or her organs and tissues will grow and develop rapidly! Baby is developing reflexes and will move if poked! Baby H can now open and close his or her fingers and toes! 

Weight gain:

+2 total.

Gender:

 Not sure! Ramzi, Chinese Gender and HB all suggest girl but we won't know for sure for a little while! Do you want to field a guess? Click here!

Symptoms:
Still feeling really sick and getting sick 1-2 times a week. I'm starting to think that may just be par for the course for the next 6 months. Ugh, now there is a scary thought. Monday mornings definitely seem to be the worst, I'm not sure if it's from sleeping in on the weekend or what but we are going to try and get up a little earlier this weekend to see if that helps.

Sleep: 

I've been waking up a lot but falling back to sleep okay. I'm getting more comfortable sleeping on my sides. I have also become a frequent napper when the opportunity is available. I even ended up napping at 6:30 pm on Friday and it didn't impact my sleep (and evening naps are dangerous!) 

Food Cravings: 

I'd just rather not think about food this week. 

Movement:  

Nada.

Belly Button: 

In.

Stretch Marks: 

I have a ton already from being a bigger gal so I'm sure I'll get some new ones but I haven't noticed any!

What I'm looking forward too:  

My mama visiting for Easter, getting Jessica's doppler so we can hear Baby H when I'm feeling overly insane. 

Pregnancy Moment with Steve:
We were booking our anatomy scan after our NT scan was complete and the girl at the desk goes, "our next available appointment is May 28th!" and I said, "hey that's his birthday!" so we booked our anatomy scan for Steve's birthday and he's pretty excited to find out the gender. I don't know if I can top that bday present next year...
